»	HOT SPOT PLACES Hot Spot Places are those where your vehicles are not allowed to enter. Consecutively, you will know when they enter such places.
»	GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES Set your own Geographic Boundaries. Let your drivers know where they may or may not go. On instances that they cross the designated boundaries, an email notification shall be sent to you.

CUSTOMIZATION
Customize your account, vehicle/s’ and driver/s’ profiles. Uploading of photos is also allowed. Enter all desired and required information for easier monitoring.

VEHICLES’ DETAILED PROFILE
Create individual vehicle’s profile. This profile would include vital information of the specific vehicle like model, make, year, body no., chassis no., engine no., fuel type, color, type, date purchased and the vehicle’s photo.

»	MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS This module lets you keep track of the vehicles’ scheduled maintenance and repairs. Specifics for this module include the service type (eg. Change oil, battery, brake pads, engine and the like), its details, repetition of service, next due date and the actual date performed.
»	FINANCING The Financing module is your record with notes on the Financing Company, effectivity date, contract reference no., payment terms, details and the ending date of the financing contract. This record would serve as a reminder for your monthly dues.
»	INSURANCE Insurance module would be your virtual file on particulars like: Insurance Company, starting date of coverage and expiration, policy no., cost and the coverage of the insurance.
»	ACCIDENTS’ INFO Accidents’ Info module serves as a documentation of any or all accidents met by the specific vehicle. Particulars for this are: date, time and place of the accident, information of the parties involved in the accident and details.
»	DRIVERS’ INFORMATION Drivers’ Information would supply all the necessary details about your drivers. Uploading of their photos is also allowed. Their contact and license details may likewise be provided for reference purposes.
»	VEHICLE ASSIGNMENT Assign driver/s on a specific vehicle for easier monitoring. More so, you may view assigned drivers at a glance.
»	INVITE A FRIEND You may also invite a friend to view a specific vehicle. This feature would let third party take a close look on the exact location of the specified vehicle and help him predict when the vehicle would reach its destination.
